The Final Rule clarifies the situations by which an entity FinCEN Identifier can be employed. These variations, which have been exclusively advised by commenters, are: (1) to constantly seek advice from the entity whose FinCEN Identifier the reporting corporation might use as ​“A different entity” or ​“the opposite entity” as an alterna
